I have like 300 Eur in my paypal , and i cant buy anything !!
when i try make sms or buy anything with paypal !!

Probly some1 charged hes money back so your acc is locked now.

Well, you have to prove about your trades to paypal - Show them your ID and such stuff. I lost bout 400$+ tho that way but yeah paypal isint safe for donations.(Cuz chargeback)

Dont they limit ur acc when YOU make a chargeback NOT someone else on u?
Btw wait a few days and they might add some new stuff like proof of addres etc which will help restore ur acc.

They will ask for bank details etc and he doesnt have em so he will not get the cash back,
I dont have bank details either and i got like 5 - 6 locked accounts (20$+) on it.

Only way to unlock is to add a bank card, identification and your adress.

If you don't have any bank details you could change your name and adress and ask a family member/close friend that has bank details to do it for you, after a while they sometimes may ask for an ID verification/ passport.

As said above paypal is not safe and their customer service is total crap, i once got an account limited and tried to solve it by using their customer service, i sent about 5-6 mails, i got the same automatic answer everytime..
