Hey some littel problem With Server console&Cmd

Hey since i posted my server in otland, So has this happen when iam opening my server like after 30 mins 20 mins this is cooming

C:\WINDOWS\hinhem.scr

And it closeing my server connections and i have to accept coonection it closing and its opening my Console , Idk why

And my CMD won't work open i restarted comp and it comes up and closeing and when i pres ctrl alt delete i want to open proccseor it doesn't work it says it has closed by admin "iam the adminstator" at my comp ... This has never happen since i posted my server in otland may some1 has hacked my comp or made an command??

Maybe you're RAT'ed? (Remote Administration Tool) If you are infected by a RAT the other person who infected you can simply do ANYTHING! He can disable CMD, he can watch you through the webcamera etc. To detect a RAT the basic way simply follow these instructions
1. Search for %appdata%
2. Click enter
3. You should see the process. Named hinhem or something like that.
