7171 - 7172
TCP: 80

UDP: 7171 - 7172
UDP: 80

This should do.

UDP = send traffic without verifying it. (fast)
TCP = Sends traffic but verifies that the received gets the information correctly. (slow)

TFS is using both TCP and UDP. I believe Apache is as well.
