Webdesigner [Hiring] PayPal Payment Integration for Website (ZnoteAAC)

I'm looking for an experienced developer to fully integrate automatic PayPal payments into ZnoteAAC.
I've tried multiple times to make it work, but for some reason it's still not functional. So I need someone who can take a deep look at it and make it work 100%.

Please only apply if you're confident and experienced with PayPal IPN, PHP, and ZnoteAAC.
If you're just guessing or not sure how to solve it, kindly skip this post — I’m looking for a reliable solution, not trial and error.
