Host a forum?

How many RAM memory...
...Processor...
...Internet...

...do you need to host it without lag?

Standard cheap webhosting, it depence on how big your forum will be.

Forums tends to drain very little resources, unless having an average of 500 or more users on at any time.

If you're worried about resource usage then simply don't host the forum yourself, just use a free forum host for it:
