Windows Host htdocs website without disabling firewall

I would like to host my htdocs website but I don't want to turn off my firewall.

allow the webserver (Apache?) as an exception, if you haven't solved this yet

Control Panel >> Windows Firewall >> Advanced Settings >> Inbound Rules >> ...

# now double click on Apache HTTP Server and switch it from "Block the connection" to "Allow the connection".

Didn't it ask you if you want to block it or allow it the first time you ran Apache? XP does

I clicked on restore default policy, resetting all the rules, and yeah, it asked me. But a while back you told me that I should always keep somethings in Xampp blocked off. Anyways, do you host or play anything? I imagine you would have a badass server.
