Hosting from a wireless internet

hi, can someone help me with some sort of tutorial or any help, cuz Im trying to host an ot but it wont let me, I use a laptop that uses wireless internet so maybe thats the problem.
I have the ports of 7171,8080, 3606 open so the ports are not the problem.

Are you using a router or just a firewall?

Try turn your firewall off and test if it works.
