i wanted to know if anyone has used google cloud vps for hosting before? because im stuck lol, ive searched everywhere nothing related to tibia in English regarding this

What exactly is your problem? Why wouldn't an OTS run on Google Cloud VPS? The requirements/dependencies for TFS on each Linux OS are the same. Where you host it doesn't matter in that regard. If they offer Debian/Ubuntu TFS should work.
