when i press on the door it cost only 1000

every house in town cost 1000
even the biggest castle cost 1000
why??

First here in Conifg.lua:
housePriceEachSquare = 1000

And now per Square you have to pay 1000 gp and if you make 10 squares it cost 10.000 gp :P
