Windows Houses arent working

well i got a strange problem. Buying house is working correctly but after the restart the owners if houses are gone and they all their items in depot

I mean all the items of their houses are beeing teleported to their depots...

do anyone know how to fix this?

You want to "un-fix" it so the items will stay in house, after switching owner?

But someones buy a house. he paid 30 k for it, After the restart hes loosing his cash and the house. The items arent gone just in the old owner depot.
