houses with RME i'll give rep++

i have a 7.4 avesta server and i want to put houses... but in the RME don't have the house pallete, why?

And i can put houses on 7.4?

Just use Simones Editor, Map in RME than switch to Simones for houses.

but what version i need? because i have one but when i try to open the Map of RME (.otbm) they launch an error because simones only read map with .otx
