How can i fix my gate of eperties?

Hellow im new in hosting ots but im doing a preatty good job right now and i need to know how to fix my (gate of experties) it doesnt let any player go pass it. any ideas on how to fix this >.< o and this is wat it tells me ...... 11:01 You see a gate of expertise.
ItemID: [1259], ActionID: [1060].
Position: [X: 169] [Y: 50] [Z: 8].

Over and over again with gate of experties, can't you learn that there exist function like "search"? You can easily find 99999999 threads about this damn problem..
