How can I get my hands on a good 8.6 server?

How do I go about to get my hands on a 8.6 server? I will map everything on my own, but I want it to be already working with "war shields", "aol", "bless", etc.

I already have 0.3.7 crying damson, but some things are not working correctly.

I want the server to be as bug free as Xavato.eu or budexot.com

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Of course I can buy the server, if there's any for sale?
