How can I make my own homepage?

I want to create my own homepage for the people who want to make accounts on my server.. like blablabla.no-ip.biz or something like that..

Could some1 help me with my problem ?

1. You need create an no-ip account. No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP after that create one DNS Host. for the Homepage, download xampp create the htdocs folder, download nicaw or gesiors aac, put allthing in it tooo the htdocs folder, then change the phat of ur server data...easy

no-ip is not reguired,
U can go to What Is My IP Address? - IP Address Lookup, Internet Speed Test, IP Info, plus more and there get ur ip and use that if u want.

like blablabla.no-ip.biz or something like that..
