how do i check if my account manageris on my database

ok heres the problem i get the server running and when i go to put in the account managers account and pass the character list pulls up but its blank and has no account manager in it so i wonder is its not my database how do i check it

Please give anserws oe what you think is right i plan to get the sevrer online within the next 4 days
