Right, it doesn't have to be a static IP, but if you have a dynamic IP everytime it changes you'll need to edit the domain settings and wait the changes to propagate on all DNS servers (~10 minutes), for me it isn't good. u.u"
Also the most email providers mark as SPAM emails sent by dynamic IP address.
Just edit the IPs 62.212.64.1 and 62.212.64.33 to your server IP (must be a static IP address).
Note that the change may take a while to make effect.
