How do I make my character GOD?

Greetings

Let's go straight to the problem, here we go.
I started with downloading a 8.54 server (Frankfarmers Real Map), everything works just fine untill I'm trying to connect the server. I get to the character list but not any further.
I'm not going to host this server for other players, I'm just devoloping it on my own computer.

I don't need to open ports for myself, right?

Well, it's like 999x erros in the console, I tried with another server to so it shouldn't be the server.
Also, must I open ports to let myself into the game ?

I wrote localhost, now it says that the temple position is wrong, I'm working on that

Just, what numbers must I change to make it a GOD?

In the PHPMyAdmin?

check out where says "group_id" change it to 6

On http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ change the player's account you want to change and the player, both group_id to 6
