Windows How do I make my ip static?

My server is online and working but each time my router turns off, my ip changes and i need i to be the same?
Can someone help me please?

Usually you cannot get a static IP address.
What you can get is a no-ip subdomain which always points to your current dynamic IP address.
Players connect to your server using that subdomain then (e.g. mycoolserver.no-ip.org 7171).
