How do I open OTMapEditor? Says "could not find tibia.dat"

Exactly as the title says, how do I open it?
When i double click it says "could not find tibia.dat".
Something I need to do before I open it?

Put into your folder with OTMapEditor file: tibia.dat.

(C:\Program Files\Tibia\tibia.dat - copy and paste in your folder with tis editor)

Ok, now I fixed it and put in dat and spr file.
But now a major failure, I cant load/open my server, I managed to take a screenshot so you might get it easier to find the solution.

You need tibia.dat from Tibia 7.6 also You need OTMapEditor version for 7.6 client.
