How do you make an account on SQL.
can someone please tell me. I'm new with it

If is MySql, the best way is using your own Accounts Page, but if is SQLite, just open your server and use the Account Manager.

Now the question is... do you know how to use MySql and SQLite?

Just get xampp, then you go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin
and you login and edit an account or a player.
