How do you make pvp-enforced aol work?

I want pvp enforced but aol work.

Or if thats realy hard to do.
Make white skulls only when u pk and x amount of white skulls tell banned insteda getting red. I dont wanna deal with donaters crying about getting red and dieing and losing there donated items.
