Bro, go to the web folder, inside should be a folder named images or something like that. Search for the actually pic, that wich says pma, and change it for that u want.
If it doesnt work, change it in your website hosting program, like xampp.

It's a ".ico" file, take a look for it on your website's folder

If you don't find it, put a "favicon.ico" on your index's folder, 32x32 (or somethng like that), with the image u want... It will probably take some time for it to change, like 5~10 min, try clear the cache and wait some minutes to see if it works
