How I Port Forward At Router?

Please Can Someone Tell How I Port Forward? I had a server once but i didnt opened it its was my brother so can u please tell me but Meeeeee that how i can open a server alone without any help^_^

You might have a Cd from your ISP. If not try type on your browser your internal ip.
-> Start -> Open program -> cmd -> write ipconfig -> get the one starting by 192.168 -> write it on your browser and probably you will be able to change your router configuration. Look up for port forward, NAT. Add the ports and save them as TPC.
