Where can i check when player lose 1 frag on TFS? Can i change this time?

It is possible? i think there isn't that option. I'm searching too where can i set, how much player have skull after kill player.

Ehehe, no you don't understand what i mean.

I don't want to know when some player lose frag.

I want to know when player will lose 1 frag when he will kill someone. Where can i change it? Becouse i want set that player for killing 1 player have for 24 frag.

Becouse on my OTS player lose to fast his frags.
