My comp says i used 20GB and i got 160Gb left 895 RAM

Very confusing your spelling indeed.

I think you can hold up to 30 persons with no lag, and up to 50 with lag.

Your upload is your limiting factor here: Is too low

The upload and download are really needed.
With 1000 KB/S/E your done.

Upload: To send packets to the client, of the server map ...
Download: To receive packets from the clients ...

Whichs are alot!.
However, your processor is also needed.
I've to say that 40 person is okay, i hold 80 person on 50 kb/s upload. And o lag.

AMD Athlon 64 x 2 6000 * 3.11 Ghz OWNS.

in my country max upload speed is 256 , there is 512 if u paid a lot....just for companys

But high internet speed is not made for houses: The best way is to get a dedicated server. In the other way, you are always facing a lot of problems =)
