How many players can I host?

My question is how many players I can host without lag.

Server map is about 70 MB

Internet connection:

1-10KB each player takes ~8KB/ 1 second
but with 0.8 upload you can handle 100 players so I guess with 2mb you can get 200-300 depends on where they are playing ofc and what kind of computer & server.
