As far as I know the map size matters for your computer not for the internet connection needed. I think you can host max 50 people without lagg.

Your upstream is low. First look at upload...

476/8 = 59 Players.
You can handle between 50-60 players, depending if you are doing anything else, it can be lower the ammount of players you can handle.
 
depends on Location and if u asked me i would say around 80 players :P
i use to have worst and i would hold 70 player without lag well a little lag but now i changed net 180 players no lag :)
