How remove deleted players

Sup, notice that when someone deletes a player from their account they only get CHAR DELETED or UNDELETE and in DB it has a 1 under deleted field, but chars are never truly deleted. Is there a custom sql comand to permanently remove this chars mark as deleted. And secondly is there a sql command to delete al inactive players that are lower from lvl 80?

Im using gesiors acc. Rep++ for help
