How to add monster spawn?

Hi am am new at the Remere's map editior, when i try to add a monster in a quest i made i can't spawn it. The monster is red and i can't spawn it, what do i need to do?

Use the "Place spawn" button at the bottom of the Creature Palette and use it on the spot where you want the monster to spawn. Then place the monster.
