How to add Spells at Gesior?

Could someone tell me how i can add spells at Gesior?

I already have the table, but there are no spells...

And if i want to add custom spells?

Same, just click on that link once you have finished your custom spells and they are working in your OTS.

I already had custom spells before adding... the spells to gesior....

But there are not in Spell list....

I mean the normal real tibia spells are added now..., only...
