There is one more problem related to this and solution for problem '3'.
Even if you use other IPv4 for CloudFlare - other than OTS IP for otservlist - someone can still 'find out' your www server real IP just by sending HTTP request to load site xxx.com to all IPv4 addresses - probably only your site will answer with acc. maker homepage. There are 4kkk IPv4 addresses available, but for hackers it's just few minutes to send request to them all.

So even if you use other IPv4 for www, you must block access for other IPs than CloudFlare, to block possibility of 'IPv4 scan' to find your www server IP address.
