How to buy a house

Hello. I love this ot. I have been playing for some minutes and it rocks!
However I would like to have a house.
How can i get one? What are the requirements?
If possible, sb selll me one cheap and in Venore( although any house is fine).

You have to buy a house on the website, its like real tibia you gotta bid for it

Or I didn't understood or I went to the website and I clicked in a empty house and nothing happened.
I went there ingame but I Found That they were inside other houses.
Can u tell me how to overcome that?

I'll take u through step-by-step;
1. Log into ur account on the homepage, and be sure to have money in your bank.
2. Go to the houses page - IceChaw - Houses.
3. Choose ur prefered city and a house that is empty.
4. Click the tab and choose which character u'd like to bid with.
5. Bid x amount(tip is to bid max amount what u're willing to spend for a house).
6. Don't touch ur bankbalance since it'd get u banned to be short on money when bid is over.
7. Wait 2 days.
8. Start decorate.
9. Lose all decoration due to crash.
10. Retire.
