As the title says,anyone can link me to a good tibia cam?

What would be a + is if the mouse movement get recorded aswell.

It's a mess. You need to edit the blue Tibicam (can be downloaded from tnuc.org) with hex editor. It doesn't even work all the time depending on the server you want to record on.
