How to change the color of the texts to "BLUE"?

Hi guys

I am using Otx 2.15 console
How can I change the color of the game messages to the blue that normally appears in Npcs?

I've been looking at various threads here in Otland, but apparently they weren't as successful.

someone would be so kind as to tell me where I should compile
to achieve the color I want?



How can I add that "BLUE" color?
