I am using TFS 1, and have tried everything I can think of. For some reason It only allows me to make a Tutor nothing higher.

Account set to 5 and players to 3 ect nothing works.
Even tried setting the account to 6 and group id to 6 on the character folder and still no luck

Try the querys in limos post here, it'll make a god character for you.
