I trying understand how to doing server for same ping BR and EU ppl, i must bought maybe cloudflare or what to do?

Anyone know and could share this information?

I seeying miracle server can to do , but I'm waiting for information from the administrator of this server.
Maybe someone will comment during this time

My assumption is that they host somewhere on the east coast of the US. That would result in similar latency for both EU and Brazil, since it's pretty much the middle point routing-wise. Using cloudflare or similar services for more priority routing might help shave off a few milliseconds, but it's impossible to get it down to the kind of numbers you'd get if you hosted locally in either country.
