How to edit accounts? Help please!

Don't know if i'm just retarded but, i've downloaded 'the forgotten land' server for 8.31, and it has in-game account manager.

So, how do i create a GM character? because i can't find either a map/file called 'players' or 'accounts'

And i mean i wan't to be able to change people's levels, names, account number etc in notepad.

Help me out!

Your server is a SQL server, its managed by mySQL, not by notepad editing.

Search here or ****** for a tutorial on how to set up a SQL server

Suggestion SQLite:

After opening port: 7171...

Download the Mozilla Firefox SQLite editor and open you database and then edit characters.

Then just select your character and change group_id to 6.

Suggestion MySql:

After opening port(s): 3306, 7171...

Go to http://localhost/ and then select your database and choose the characters table and then just edit your character and change group_id to 6.

how do i know if the server is Sql or xml or wat ever it's called and can any1 plz tell how many types of servers are there?

If you have folders such account or players then it means it's xml. If you don't have them it means you are using sql server.
