How To Fix the Stamina Also Stair hopping/Rep++

Hello
Iam Using Tfs 0.3.4
Anyway

PLayers when they login for the first hour in the stamine they take 2x the exp rate like if the exp rate is 150 it become 300

so i wanna fix it

also the stair hoping
people should w8 2 sec
and i just want it like the old tibia
like people can stair hoping

It's already done in that server

Open config.lua
if you want 2x exp, just change this:

rateStaminaAboveNormal = 1.5

to this:

rateStaminaAboveNormal = 2.0

And if you want to change the stairhop delay, you can edit this line

stairhopDelay = 2 * 1000

to this:

stairhopDelay = 0
