How to get GoD/GM/Tutor and such accesses on The Forgotten Server 0.2 (mystic spirit)

I've tried and tried to get GM access on TFS 0.2, but nothing's working.
I use xampp 1.6.6.

If you know to to do it please tell me.

Make a character named "WHAT EVER", with password "Whatever" and acc "232323"
Go into your sql db.
Table: Players, open "WHAT EVER" and change Group id to 3.
Then you go into table accounts: open the 232323 account, change to account type to 5. Save and your finished ^^
