How to get my server on 24/7 ??

Yo guys. I've heard that you need to pay to get your server online 24/7. and if true can somebody please tell me where i can do it eace:

You just need to keep a pc running 24/7.
You buy a dedicated server at one of the company's.
Or use a hoster/hosting service (GZH)

24/7 means its online 24 hours 7 days a week. It's nothing extra you have to pay for except the electricity bill
Just dont shut off ur computer and its on 24/7

Because most servers don't know how to handle donation rewards.
Which makes it impossible to level properly without spending rl cash.

Because many people make donation items uber strong which makes the PVP more unbalanced. Also so many people are trying to get an donation system without knowing anything about it.
