Windows How to import SQLite databse, that is already in use to newer TFS?

I got a problem - i am hosting server on SQLite, and i want to update it to 8.31, and newer version of TFS, but here my problem comes - is there a way, i can import SQLite database file from TFS 0.2.13 to 0.3.1 (or 3.0.1 not sure :p) without deleting existing players, accounts and stuff? I appreciate help with solving that problem, thank you in advance.
