How to load JScript at injection?

The javascript is located in the same folder of the injection:huh:
i've tried

<script type="text/javascript" src="../../../injections/character_view/askills/wz_tool.js"></script>

no results tooltip doesn't work, means jscript is not being loaded
i don't wanna make it load from layout, just from the same injection folder:$
i've tried placing it everywhere <_<:
