How to make 3 free PACC days for new player

I know that could be really easy things but I need to give each player 3 free pacc days, could any1 write me how to do that or give link to any thread where it's writen about that

that will give +2 days each new player, so if some1 will make 5 players he will get 10 free days...

I doubt it's possible as the server doesn't use Premend, but Premdays (which is on `accounts`)..

I use tfs 0.2 patch 23, I need to add every new account 3 pacc days, does anyone know how to do that?
