How to make Custom tibia client PIC,BUTTONS,NAME

Hi! I have no idea how to make a custom 8.55 client. I know how to hex edit the ip, change the title bar name etc, but no idea how to make a Custom Client with Changed backround pictures, Edited menus, editing the hotkeys etc.. I would love to see a tutorial like this

Works 50/50.. Doesn't say how to edit the buttons etc but pic and name works so ^^ I guess its enough
