Can you tell me how to make this npc? I mean its looktype. I didn't find such looktype

In the npc xml file, just find the line similar to this and replace it:

<look type="132" head="20" body="39" legs="45" feet="7" addons="0"/>

With:

<look typeex="XXXX"/>

But, change the value XXXX to the ID of that thing.
