How to make quest?

I got problems with making quests, im use to Sim0ne mapeditor but changed my mind and started to use RME. But i cant make quests to work.

I made a box.
put action id 2000, and selected the item i wanted in the black boxes.

i made also action id 2001 and selected the item, then i get the item AND experience??

So how to do :O?

1. Put the chest on the floor
2. Put action id 2000 to the chest
3. Select the item you want in the empty black boxes in the chest.
4. put random unique id to the chest.
5. Done!

You can do this in-game to.. But the chest will be removed after restart..

1. /i 1740
2. Insert item in the chest
3. /attr action 2000 on the chest
4./attr unique 10011 for example
