Solved How to make the players had to learn spells?

Topic.
I want it for my RPG server.
Can't find anything in config.lua. Maybe I deleted it by mistake? Or I forgot where to change this.

okey, found it.
Need to add:

needlearn="1"

to every spell in spells.xml
