how to set an acces to an Account?

Well, the problem is..
I'll make a WAR OT, but it will have a character samples account (Elder Druid, Elite Knight, Master Sorcerer and Royal Paladin) and private accounts.
many ppl will try to get in the 1/1 account and delete the characters, or change the password.
could someone help me?
I'm using Modern AAC
