How to set up a new standard program?

I'm trying to make an ot, but wanna change some in the map ofc.. But there's one problem when I open the "World" file. When I double klick it, it wont open in RME. I can't either right click and select "Open With", then I'll need to fix RME as a standarad program, but I don't know how to.

Some microsoft program, oralse it might be "Anteckningar"

So why dont you just open rme and then click on load file or something?

Hah, never though about it, but I think I got more rar files with a map named "World"
