How to start the "[10.98] Nightly packages of The Forgotten Server (official / master)" from Don Daniello?

Hello Community,

As im learning C++ and C# in school and i always loved OTS i would like to start building and having some fun on an OTS. I decided to get my hands on the "best" openly available OTS i heard of.
I unziped the files and wanted to see if this server isrunning, so i clicked on the exe theforgottenserver-x64 as seen below

and then this screen apeard and vanished after a few seconds:

Afterwords nothing changed.
How do i start the server?
How can I play there myself?

I am using Windows 64
I have c++ installed

If the console disappear on startup so it becomes hard to grab the last message, run the executable file through PowerShell. That way you should be able to easily see the last error message.
